Please provide me with the following information:-

1) All costs incurred in connection with the ceremonies associated with the taking over as Governor of RBI on 4th of September 2013

2) Directions and procedures by which guest lists for these ceremonies were made.

3) All costs associated with media management and media related expenses in connection with the ceremonies associated with the taking over as Governor of RBI on 4th of September 2013

4) Directions and procedures by which media invitee lists for these ceremonies were made.

5) Directions and procedures if any for involving social media in connection with the ceremonies associated with the taking over as Governor of RBI on 4th of September 2013

6) Arrangements if any for live streaming of and in connection with the ceremonies associated with the taking over as Governor of RBI on 4th of September 2013

7) Analysis if any of costs that could have been saved if live streaming was provided as an option instead of presence of people in connection with the ceremonies associated with the taking over as Governor of RBI on 4th of September 2013.
